Make the "Back" button in Permissions Editor more noticeable

We have recently launched some HR Processes that will be started by Managers, namely Salary Increase and Position Change. However, when the Manager navigates to My Team Details -> My Team HR Processes and views an individual Process, he/she has no visibility to where in the flow the process is. The corresponding view for the Admin role does provide this info.

Currently, the "Exclude from Performance Review" setting on competencies is a global toggle, meaning any change dynamically affects all open reviews. This makes it impossible to run concurrent reviews where different competency groups apply to different cohorts (e.g. managers vs. staff).

I would like to submit a feature request regarding the Organisational Changes Report.

It would be very helpful if users could have the ability to edit the report and automatically export it. It would allow clients to streamline their reporting process and reduce the need for manual exports.

We have implemented the Performance Review Round concept - where HR administers the performance reviews once annually.  In this process, we want each stage of the performance review workflow to have a fixed due date for all employees.

We recommend enabling rich text formatting and hyperlink support in the HR Announcements section. Enhancing this feature would significantly improve usability and visual appeal—especially since it’s part of the homepage, which is often the first thing employees see. Right now, the plain text format makes it feel outdated and less engaging.

Introduce the ability to perform competency assessments by group. This is a feature that many clients are requesting.

When I hire a candidate and create the new employee, the candidate's documents saved in the Recruiting module are automatically saved to the employee's documents. These documents are visible to both the employee and the manager by default, and some should not be visible to the employee.
