As an Org.Unit manager / LHR role, they may have a lot of notifications/requests pending in their dashboard. Hence, as well as no longer knowing which processes are pending approval, monitoring remains complex. could we have the type of the process launched for this approval?

Currently the Headcount Turnover Report allows for filtering by Months, Quarters, Halfyears, as well as setting the Year for the report. It would be beneficial for us to have Rolling 12-month as an option. Also, the ability to export the results to Excel would be great.

The length of employment report is a very common report for HR systems. However, the out of the box report stops at 48 months and buckets everyone else into 48+ months. Our staff is long tenured, and so nearly everyone is in the 48+ month category. We need greater delineation for a longer period of time so that we can get value out of this report.

It would be good if overall the 'Preferred name' could be used to conjugate the Full Name. This would mean that the First Name + Last Name fields could be used to record an employee legal name but their display name can be their preferred name. Can this be done please?

Please add a front end that allows for utilization of SharePoint's survey functionality. Survey's can currently be conducted through performance management, but it's bulky and does not aggregate data, nor allow you to do an anonymous survey. SharePoint has out of the box functionality to conduct surveys.

It would be a good idea to improve the charts in general. Having the ability to modify or create a custom view would be very effective. Currently, for large teams or departments, employees are always displayed online and it is very difficult to export the charts. In addition, the employee and organizational charts do not consider additional managers.
