The length of employment report is a very common report for HR systems. However, the out of the box report stops at 48 months and buckets everyone else into 48+ months. Our staff is long tenured, and so nearly everyone is in the 48+ month category. We need greater delineation for a longer period of time so that we can get value out of this report. Preferably the data in the report would be in year increments (rather than 6 month increments), and have granularity buckets out to 15 or 20+ years.
