We would like to suggest adding an option to pin a job vacancy to the top of the job listings.

A simple “Always display at the top” checkbox on the job posting would be useful. When selected, the job would remain at the top of the listings regardless of its posting or expiry date, until the option is manually disabled.

This would be particularly useful for organisations that regularly advertise priority or ongoing positions and want them to remain prominent without having to repeatedly update or repost the vacancy.
