When I hire a candidate and create the new employee, the candidate's documents saved in the Recruiting module are automatically saved to the employee's documents. These documents are visible to both the employee and the manager by default, and some should not be visible to the employee.

The whole interview team should be able to review the candidates, not just the hiring manager.

The RGPD policy obliges recruiters not to keep documents (and anything else that refers to the candidate) except the name and contact details. The system has an option to automatically delete candidates after 6 months, is it possible to change this function and only keep the information legally allowed by the RGPD? Thank you

Currently the external candidate search function is limited to candidate names, the role they applied for and any person attribute tags. We would like to be able to search other candidate attributes such as Location (i.e.: City, State, Country) Work History (i.e.: Job Title, Employer), Education History

SEEK is the main job advertiser accessed by job seekers in Australia and NZ. It would be great for our candidates to apply for our vacancies advertised on SEEK via the Apply with SEEK function.

On the Candidate Tracking page it would be beneficial to have the ability to search all candidates (rather than only Open Job Opening).

For highly-sensitive and/or senior level roles, we need to publish an unlisted (hidden) vacancy to the candidate self-service portal. The vacancy would work the same as a published one, however applicants would need to be provided with the unique URL in order to apply.

The ability for a recruitment agency (which we authorise to look for candidate on our behalf) to log in to the candidate portal to input multiple candidates under the agency's email address to one vacancy.

It would be extremely beneficial to be able “Apply Candidate” button in Lanteria and attach a candidate to a role and that would then feed back through to the candidate portal. This would be so we could continue our process by inviting to interview and offering etc. through the candidate portal as not all applications come through the candidate portal i.e. physical resumes.

Add requirements for password complexity for Applicants on the Recruitment Portal. Capital, lower case, character count, special characters, etc.
