Currently, multiple unconnected notifications are managed by one 'notification workflow' - e.g. WF_NotificationTasks manages development activity notifications, feedback notifications, birthday reminders, anniversary reminders, probation reminders, and more. Preference is that we split into individual notifications which we can manage separately.

Currently, I have no way to keep track of how many support hours have been used in a month and where I may exceed it. Having visibility of this will help me better plan and budget for the support costs.

Currently, we add users to custom user groups via email address instead of choosing from existing and current users. Could we allow this to ensure that we only provide access to 'active' users, which could also help actually populate the additional columns on the user management page- 'Title' and 'Department'

Currently, where we add users manually to different user groups, they are not removed from them once they are terminated. Need to enable this to ensure we only see 'active' employees in user group lists.

Currently, there is no way to extract a list of users in a user group- but this could be useful in many situations; e.g. when we want to email members of that user group and just want a list of the users with their email addresses.

Currently when maing a change in Lanteria (adding/changing/removing), an Admin needs to understand the 'building blocks' of the process. For example: if I need to change a performance review form, I need to understand that these include Competency Areas, Individual Goals, Ratings, Sections, Workflows, etc.

Make the "Back" button in Permissions Editor more noticeable

We recommend enabling rich text formatting and hyperlink support in the HR Announcements section. Enhancing this feature would significantly improve usability and visual appeal—especially since it’s part of the homepage, which is often the first thing employees see. Right now, the plain text format makes it feel outdated and less engaging.

The ability to add tags to an employee profile. For example, if an employer has joined a commitee, the ability for HR or a manager to add a Tag to their employee profile that can be reported on and used for trainings. Another example is if they attend an event etc.

As per the integration with Microsoft Teams.
