The ability to add tags to an employee profile. For example, if an employer has joined a commitee, the ability for HR or a manager to add a Tag to their employee profile that can be reported on and used for trainings. Another example is if they attend an event etc.
This should be system wide so it's possible to address the employee by their first name only in letters and notifications in locations such as Job Offers & Job Contracts libraries, Performance Review Workflow notifications, candidate letters etc.
There needs to be a function to automatically assign new KPIs related to the employee's new job role when an employee moves roles. The KPIs should exactly how competencies work, previous KPIs from old roles should become 'inactive' but remain visible as a historical record. New KPIs for the new role should be automatically assigned.
Should have different access level for different roles. E.g. Even within HR we should only allow the superuser to access restricted info (e.g. salary within HR); however, we don't have this function at this point.
Adding a filter to sort the suggestions by Module would be so much easier than scrolling through all of the suggestions. They are great, but we don't currently have all the modules, so it would be helpful (especially on such a helpful portal).
Add a button to clone or duplicate settings for items that need to be set up and configured multiple times with slight changes like Training Classes, Performance Review Forms, Absence plans, Workflows and Job openings.
