We regularly receive resumes and job applications and through channels other than the Candidate Portal (e.g. Referrals, Agencies etc). Accordingly, we need to create these candidates via the Lanteria HR Recruitment module and apply them to a vacancy, but most importantly, we then want to interact with the candidate via the Candidate Self-Service Portal (CSSP) functions (My Applications, My Actions and My Documents). This improvement would improve the candidate experience by eliminating the need for us to ask them to apply via the CSSP. This functionality is available in PageUp, Taleo and other leading recruitment software and commonly used in day-to-day recruitment processes.
