Currently, multiple unconnected notifications are managed by one 'notification workflow' - e.g. WF_NotificationTasks manages development activity notifications, feedback notifications, birthday reminders, anniversary reminders, probation reminders, and more. Preference is that we split into individual notifications which we can manage separately.
