We have implemented the Performance Review Round concept - where HR administers the performance reviews once annually. In this process, we want each stage of the performance review workflow to have a fixed due date for all employees.
We recommend enabling rich text formatting and hyperlink support in the HR Announcements section. Enhancing this feature would significantly improve usability and visual appeal—especially since it’s part of the homepage, which is often the first thing employees see. Right now, the plain text format makes it feel outdated and less engaging.
When I hire a candidate and create the new employee, the candidate's documents saved in the Recruiting module are automatically saved to the employee's documents. These documents are visible to both the employee and the manager by default, and some should not be visible to the employee.
Compensation - Within the details (Salary Review Dashboard) > View Employee Review (Employee Salary Review), there is a table that lists all the information regarding the salary review process per employee.
As an Org.Unit manager / LHR role, they may have a lot of notifications/requests pending in their dashboard. Hence, as well as no longer knowing which processes are pending approval, monitoring remains complex. could we have the type of the process launched for this approval?
