We have implemented the Performance Review Round concept - where HR administers the performance reviews once annually.  In this process, we want each stage of the performance review workflow to have a fixed due date for all employees.

For the performance review workflow, please implement fixed due dates, rather than arbitrarily calculating the due date for each step based on a number of days from the previous step's completion.  This follows standard practice that all companies use for performance review rounds.
