On the Development needs are tagged with the competencies they're intended to 'develop' and a quick link to the learning catalog is made available - it would be good if the learning catalog then opened using the selected competency as a filter instead of the employee then needing to select the competency again.
At the moment the graph at the top of the competency development plan shows all employee competencies, even if they're for the employee's previous role and no longer assessed. It seems more logical to only have the current ones in the graph.
Add a column to this screen that reflects the Outlook responses received from attendees (Accepted, Tentative, Decline, No Response) to assist in confirming headcount prior to training events.
We are currently testing the automatic issuance of training schedule events to our Outlook "Regional" calendars. So far, so good. A further enhancement would be to also integrate the "room" field in so the event is also sent to the Outlook "room" to reserve the room.
Learners will be able to earn points/units based on completed courses. Each course gives a pre-set number of points/units. Reporting based on earned units
