We want to provide employees with the ability to generate their own training history and print it as a PDF. For various reasons, employees want a record of all the training they attended in the last year (or even three) and provide this to a professional body. If they cannot do this as a self service, it generates work for L&D staff. The info they require is already in the system and shows in both their Gradebook and the Development Plan. Lanteria just needs to add a button in Gradebook to say "Print Training History as PDF".
