As an Org.Unit manager / LHR role, they may have a lot of notifications/requests pending in their dashboard. Hence, as well as no longer knowing which processes are pending approval, monitoring remains complex. could we have the type of the process launched for this approval?
Currently the Headcount Turnover Report allows for filtering by Months, Quarters, Halfyears, as well as setting the Year for the report. It would be beneficial for us to have Rolling 12-month as an option. Also, the ability to export the results to Excel would be great.
Depending on the assigned Absence Plan, not all employees have the same time off types available to them. For example, one group of employees may have holiday, sick and personal paid time off Absence Types in their Absence Plan, while another group may only have holiday and sick in theirs.
When a Manager needs timesheets submitted before the due date, employees currently can't populate time in future days. It would be helpful to have a setting that allows employees, or the Manager or HR, to populate time in future dates.
In the Training and Quizzes section of the Gradebook, can you add a column to display the Learning Material Type for each item, and options to sort and filter by Learning material Type?
The ability to add tags to an employee profile. For example, if an employer has joined a commitee, the ability for HR or a manager to add a Tag to their employee profile that can be reported on and used for trainings. Another example is if they attend an event etc.
Would like to see a simple "complete" button that admin can use to mark a training as complete. Currently we have to upload them in an excel sheet or create an event to mark them as complete. We would want to be able to complete a training simply no matter how the training is set up.
