Currently, Job Grades only supports many Countries, but not many locations. Compensation Module should support many locations as market rates are different based on region and not just country.

Enable Mobile App to have the full Employee and Manager functionality of Lanteria on a mobile device. That is, access to all modules.

Whenever you want to quickly export a SharePoint List in Lanteria, you have to use Internet Explorer Browser ONLY. You cannot even use Edge or Chrome to quickly export the list you're looking at. Your choices are to change browser or build a completely new report. Suggestion - enable quick export from any browser, similar to how SharePoint Online functions.
