When time off is configured to accrue at month-end, the accruals are actually applied on the first day of the following month. If an employee's last day of employment is the last day of the month and is terminated on the last day, I'm required to manually update the employee's vacation balance to include that month's accrual.

In our matrix organization, we are using the both the Manager and Additional Manager field. As a result, manager with both direct reports (via the Manager field) and additional employees assigned (via the Additional Manager field) may have a long list on their My Team Check-ins screen.
We are currently testing the automatic issuance of training schedule events to our Outlook "Regional" calendars. So far, so good. A further enhancement would be to also integrate the "room" field in so the event is also sent to the Outlook "room" to reserve the room.
Add a column to this screen that reflects the Outlook responses received from attendees (Accepted, Tentative, Decline, No Response) to assist in confirming headcount prior to training events.
Currently when you are done filling in all sections of the Performance Review Form, you have to scroll back to the top of the page to then submit. Suggestion - Add "Select Summary Rating", "Submit Review", and "Actions" to the bottom of the page for improved user experience.
Default start time for appointments is set to 12AM, which isn't standard business hours. Suggestion to change system default to 8AM or allow system admin to identify what their instance default should be.
