When the manager submits a performance management form, there should be a message about the closure. Employees do not know when does the manager finalize the performance form
We are now using Check-ins with 400+ employees - going really well. We like that new comments on topics are highlighted by the "Unread" button. One tweak that would be helpful would be the same "Unread" button for a new topic that hasn't been read by the Employee or Manager on their screens.
On the Development needs are tagged with the competencies they're intended to 'develop' and a quick link to the learning catalog is made available - it would be good if the learning catalog then opened using the selected competency as a filter instead of the employee then needing to select the competency again.
There is already weekly/monthly approval options, but for fortnightly(every 2 weeks) approval option is not there. We have had many clients not want to use the timesheets because this option is not available.
At the moment the graph at the top of the competency development plan shows all employee competencies, even if they're for the employee's previous role and no longer assessed. It seems more logical to only have the current ones in the graph.
It would be helpful to allow an employee's manager (and/or the HR role) to submit a time sheet for approval on an employee's behalf in the event the employee is unable to. Including the ability to enter time on the employee's behalf would also be useful.
It would be useful to have a Text Section on Lanteria HR Front Page for employee to see when they log into the system. This will avoid sending Outlook messages to the entire company and will allow us to share HR info on the right platform.
We use the time sheet function for non-exempt (hourly) employees to record their time for compensation. It would be helpful to optionally (i.e. through a configuration setting) have time off and Recognized Holiday hours automatically added to time sheets. Thanks!
