For highly-sensitive and/or senior level roles, we need to publish an unlisted (hidden) vacancy to the candidate self-service portal. The vacancy would work the same as a published one, however applicants would need to be provided with the unique URL in order to apply.

Adding a filter to sort data by financial years. This outcome will assist users to read data more clearly rather than data sitting in the system, looking busy and very hard to read. Data can be selected to compare and create a report of the current financial year period and the past.

It would be beneficial to have a notification when signing onto the Home screen next to "My Approval Requests" to let team members know there's something for them to approve rather than just relying on the email notifications.

It would be extremely beneficial to be able “Apply Candidate” button in Lanteria and attach a candidate to a role and that would then feed back through to the candidate portal. This would be so we could continue our process by inviting to interview and offering etc. through the candidate portal as not all applications come through the candidate portal i.e. physical resumes.

Lanteria is currently limited in the way it integrates with third party suppliers like Seek (recruitment) and GO1 (learning). What is required is both integration, where information flows freely between both platforms, and also registration, where information is recognised.

Can the absences displayed in the Out of Office Calendar be color coded to show the absence type (holiday, sick, etc.)? And/or can the Excel export include a column displaying the absence type?
