The mobile app is not of much use to us currently, but would be extremely useful if employees and managers could access goals, check-ins, and other components of the performance module. We are a consulting firm and many clients block almost all external sites for devices on their network, so employees having access to their Career Development data from a mobile app would be great!

SEEK is the main job advertiser accessed by job seekers in Australia and NZ. It would be great for our candidates to apply for our vacancies advertised on SEEK via the Apply with SEEK function.

It would be a good idea to improve the charts in general. Having the ability to modify or create a custom view would be very effective. Currently, for large teams or departments, employees are always displayed online and it is very difficult to export the charts. In addition, the employee and organizational charts do not consider additional managers.

Should have different access level for different roles. E.g. Even within HR we should only allow the superuser to access restricted info (e.g. salary within HR); however, we don't have this function at this point.

Adding a filter to sort the suggestions by Module would be so much easier than scrolling through all of the suggestions. They are great, but we don't currently have all the modules, so it would be helpful (especially on such a helpful portal).

Add a button to clone or duplicate settings for items that need to be set up and configured multiple times with slight changes like Training Classes, Performance Review Forms, Absence plans, Workflows and Job openings.

Currently budget is allocated equally to each employee in a learning group. But what is more likely is that a learning group has a learning budget allocated as a 'pool'. EG - a group of 10 people has $5000 allocated. One person may get $1000, another $750, etc, and some people get nothing.

Would be nice to be able to register a recurring absence type, for example Home Office absence type, every Monday from March to December. Then only one entry, one notification and one validation.
