KPIs are currently on an employee profile forever unless deleted. We need the ability to move employee's between roles and the KPIs from the previous role can be made 'inactive' but kept for record/audit review.
When you are in the learning catalogue and just scrolling down, the page does not allow you to scroll all the way to the bottom and stops at a certain learning materials (in our case it's at learning materials beginning with H). If you wish to move onto the next page, then you have to scroll all the way back up to the top for the next page option.
When a user is setting Goals for a new Performance cycle, the Goals from the previous years are displayed if they are not 'closed'. The HR team would prefer the Goal setting to be excluded/separated from previous years' Goals. They want to have a clear setting of Goals each year.

Lanteria in general has a lot of "loading" time. when you click on most of the buttons and when you choose something on the dropdownlist box - this is very cumbersome. Can you improve this immediately.
Currently the external candidate search function is limited to candidate names, the role they applied for and any person attribute tags. We would like to be able to search other candidate attributes such as Location (i.e.: City, State, Country) Work History (i.e.: Job Title, Employer), Education History
Employees are allowed to take some Absences Types in only full-days. Can you add a setting for each Absence Type that restricts absence requests to whole days whole-days?
Can you please integrate Lanteria HR with Go1 as you have done with Linkedin Learning? Go1 has a global catalog of over 75,000 courses including mandatory compliance training required in many countries.
