The ability to amend the training schedule so that it can be showing the years ahead - for example, our current schedule shows 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. As we approach the end of 2021, we would like it to show 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

We want to provide employees with the ability to generate their own training history and print it as a PDF. For various reasons, employees want a record of all the training they attended in the last year (or even three) and provide this to a professional body. If they cannot do this as a self service, it generates work for L&D staff.

If all the learning catalog items are all the same size, the catalog is nice and neat. But if one tile contains a lot of text, the other two tiles on the same row are made the same very long size, so there can be masses of blank white space. I suggest the use of a "Read more" feature, so that all tiles can be a standard length.

The RGPD policy obliges recruiters not to keep documents (and anything else that refers to the candidate) except the name and contact details. The system has an option to automatically delete candidates after 6 months, is it possible to change this function and only keep the information legally allowed by the RGPD? Thank you

This should be system wide so it's possible to address the employee by their first name only in letters and notifications in locations such as Job Offers & Job Contracts libraries, Performance Review Workflow notifications, candidate letters etc.

It would be good if overall the 'Preferred name' could be used to conjugate the Full Name. This would mean that the First Name + Last Name fields could be used to record an employee legal name but their display name can be their preferred name. Can this be done please?

There needs to be a function to automatically assign new KPIs related to the employee's new job role when an employee moves roles. The KPIs should exactly how competencies work, previous KPIs from old roles should become 'inactive' but remain visible as a historical record. New KPIs for the new role should be automatically assigned.

Suspend time off accruals (holiday, sickness, etc.) for employees when the status code=INACT.

Please add a front end that allows for utilization of SharePoint's survey functionality. Survey's can currently be conducted through performance management, but it's bulky and does not aggregate data, nor allow you to do an anonymous survey. SharePoint has out of the box functionality to conduct surveys.
